Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship your order. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders shipping within the U.S. typically take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.

All packages are shipped by USPS Mail and is insured up to $100.

Nahele Baby Hawaii will not be held responsible for any undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided by customer.

If your package is returned to sender, Nahele Baby Hawaii is not responsible for any additional shipping fees.
